Brink’s Money will set up a Corporate Portal profile where the employer can enroll employees in the program upon activation and ID verification. 1 Employees who have received an Instant Issue Pack (including the Brink's Money Prepaid Mastercard® and the Cardholder Agreement) and have consented to receive their funds via the Brink's Money Prepaid Mastercard® can enroll in the Brink's Money Program. The employer will then enroll the employees into the program via the Corporate Portal by entering the employee’s name, physical address, date of birth and government ID number.

There are two ways for the employer to receive employee Brink’s Money Account information. First, the employer will receive a number of Instant Issue Packs (depending on the employer’s needs). Within each Instant Issue Pack, there will be a temporary Paycard for the employee to use. The temporary Paycard is attached to a card carrier. The card carrier has the Brink’s Money Account information listed and a detachable consent form in which the employee can fill out their personal information, which is then submitted to the employer. The employer then uses that information to create the employee’s Brink’s Money Account in the Corporate Portal. The second way an employer can access account information is after the employer enrolls an employee. The employer can view the employees' account number and routing number in the portal.

The employer will receive a number of Instant Issue Packs, each containing a temporary Paycard, that the employer can hand out to employees. The Instant Issue Packs also contain the Cardholder Agreement related to the Brink's Money Program so that an employee can review them as part of the employer's pay election process. After the Paycard is funded via direct deposit three times, the employee will receive a permanent Paycard with his or her name embossed, sent to the address provided during enrollment.

There are two ways to make a reversal: 1. ACH Reversal initiated only from an employer's bank as long as funds are available, and 2. SkyPosit, the Brink's Money Program real-time funding tool.

No, when the employee calls customer service to activate the new Paycard, the representative will note that he or she already had a Paycard, and will link the new Paycard number to the existing Account number. The employer will not have to make any changes in the payroll system.

The change of address should be done by the employee. There are two options to update the address information. They can visit the Online Account Center, and update their Brink’s Money Account information with the new address. Or, they can call the customer service number on the back of the Paycard to update their information.

Yes, there are two ways employees can access funds. First, employees will be given Skylight Checks5 in their Instant Issue Pack, which can be made payable to themselves in the exact balance of the Brink’s Money Account. The convenience check can be cashed at no cost at any U.S. Bank branch locations, at participating Walmart locations, and at participating ACE Cash Express locations. Second, the employee can get an Instant Card Replacement from their employer. The employer will give the employee a new Instant Issue Pack, and the employee will need to call Customer Service to activate the new Paycard. The system will recognize that the cardholder already has a Brink’s Money Account and will link the new Paycard to the cardholder’s account. The old Paycard is then deactivated, and the employee can use the new Paycard. Routing and Account Numbers will stay the same, but the Paycard number will need to be updated for reccurring bills and payments.

The replacement Paycard will be issued to the cardholder. The employer will not have to change any information in their payroll (ACH) system as the new Paycard number will be linked to the old account number of the cardholder.

An inactivity fee6 will be charged monthly to a Brink’s Money Account with funds after it has been inactive for a period of time, which is described in the Cardholder Agreement. If there are no funds on the Paycard, the inactivity fee will not be charged and the Brink’s Money Account will not have a negative balance. The employer is never responsible for unpaid employee fees.

There are no limits on the amount of deposits received, however if the Account has a balance of $15,000, it will be manually posted by the processing team after review.

The Account will have a balance limit of $15,000.00.

Employees have Skylight Checks,5 which can be cashed at no cost at any U.S. Bank branch locations, at participating Walmart locations, and at participating ACE Cash Express locations. Employees can also go to any Mastercard member bank and present the card to the teller to withdraw any amount, at no cost.

We’ll send a new one to your home mailing address. For lost, stolen or damaged cards, you will receive one replacement card at no cost every 12 months.3

There are several ways: Register for Online Account Access – That way you can log in from a computer or mobile device when it’s convenient for you. Sign up for Anytime Alerts™ – You can receive notifications whenever there is a transaction by text or email.4 You can also text the short code BAL to us, and we’ll respond with your balance. Download the Mobile App – The Brink’s Money Mobile App doesn’t cost anything to download, and it’s available in the App Store or on Google Play.4
